Ana Rosa Guzman is Head of the Unit for Interoperability and SDG in the Sub-directorate general for Planning and Governance of the Secretariat-General for Digital Administration, under the Spanish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. Among her responsibilities are the coordination for the adoption of the Single Digital Gateway Regulation in Spain and the Spanish representation in several European initiatives focused on public service digitalization, standardisation and interoperability. She actively collaborates in SEMIC initiatives and others related to European Interoperability. She is the Spanish representative for Public Administrations in the Multi Stakeholders Platform (MSP) for ICT standardization and in the committee for the adoption of SDG implementing acts. At national level, she also participates in following-up of the eGovernment laws and the digital transformation strategy of the Central Administration, in particular, regarding interoperability. Ana Rosa Guzmán is a computer and software engineer, a psychologist and a Spanisch ICT civil servant, with more than 20 years of experience with information systems.

Veronika Haberler is involved in innovation, legal tech and data analysis. She is CEO and co-founder of the legal tech company LeReTo, which develops innovative legal research solutions.
Together with her team, she makes use of open legal data across Europe by using narrow-AI, legal network analysis and semantic methods on legal data. LeReTo collected ten innovation awards so far, including the EU Datathon in 2019.

Johannes Hahn has held various management functions in the different sectors of the Austrian economy and industry, including as CEO of Novomatic AG for 5 years. Between 1992 and 1997, Mr. Hahn was Executive Director of the Austrian People's Party Vienna. In 2002, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Party and Chairman in 2005. Member of the Regional Parliament of Vienna from 1996 to 2003, he became Federal Minister for Science and Research in 2007.
He was the Member of the European Commission in charge of Regional Policy from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, he was the Member of the European Commission in charge of Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations. Since December 2019, he is the Member of the European Commission in charge of Budget and Administration.
