Boštjan Koritnik graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana in 2005, obtaining a degree in law. Since 2015, he has been employed at the same faculty as a teaching assistant and secretary. Since 2016, he has also worked as the Director of the Faculty of Law Publishing House and the Managing Director of the Založba Audiobook start-up company. He has worked with three crypto companies as a lawyer and co-founder, and acted as the Director of the GLEDOS (Global Education System) project. He has participated in numerous studies for the European Commission and various ministries, authored or co-authored legal opinions and other scholarly texts (242 entries in the Cobiss system) and lectured about blockchain technology and entrepreneurship both in Slovenia and abroad.

Bernarda Kozelj (female) obtained her MSc at Faculty of Computer and Information Science at University of Ljubljana. She has numerous years of experience in designing common solutions and using common interoperable building blocks in government. From 2001 to 2007 she worked at the Metrology Institute of the Republic of Slovenia as Head of Informatics and later at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology. There, she also participated as a technical project manager in establishing the Higher Education Information System (eVS). The eVS solution made the most of interoperability building blocks. She is currently working at the Ministry of Public Administration as the caretaker of Interoperability Information System Tray and project manager of project Building Blocks. Project Building Blocks is a part of the operation POK- connectivity, openness and quality, funded by ESF funds. IS Tray is a system for secure data exchange between systems and registers, which is built in the form of microservices. She is also a Juror of the Slovenian Business Excellence Award (PRSPO) according to the EFQM model and an internal auditor for the ISO 27001 system. She has also participated in the international project EU-SEC.

Viivi serves as a senior advisor for MyData Global in the areas of global and EU policy and the development of MyData thought leadership. She’s been involved with MyData since 2016 and was a member of the core team that founded MyData Global as a nonprofit association in 2018. She has previously held the roles of deputy general manager and head of programmes at MyData Global.
